Main

How to do the v up

  1. 1

Lie flat on your back with your arms stretched overhead and your legs straight and together.

  2. 2

Lift your legs and upper body at the same time, reaching your hands toward your toes to make a V shape with your body.

  3. 3

Lower back down slowly under control without crashing to the floor. Breathe out as you lift and in as you lower.

Form tip: Keep your legs straight and move smoothly; bend your knees if your hip flexors are doing all the work.
