How to do the man maker
- 1
Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand. Place the dumbbells on the floor shoulder-width apart and step or jump your feet back into a high plank, gripping the handles.
- 2
Do a push-up, then row one dumbbell to your hip, then the other. Jump your feet forward, clean both dumbbells to your shoulders, and press them overhead as you stand.
- 3
Lower the weights back to the floor under control and repeat. Breathe steadily and keep your core tight.
Form tip: Keep your hips level during the rows and your back flat in the clean. Choose a light weight.
