How to do the cable pull through
- 1
Face away from a low cable with a rope between your legs, walk a few steps forward and stand with feet wider than hip-width and knees soft.
- 2
Hinge back at the hips, letting the rope travel behind you, until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings. Then thrust your hips forward to stand tall.
- 3
Squeeze your glutes at the top without leaning back, then control the rope on the return. Breathe in as you hinge and out as you stand.
Form tip: Keep your arms straight like hooks and your back flat; all the power comes from your hips.
