How to do the bicep curl (ez bar)
- 1
Stand tall holding an EZ bar on its angled inner grips, palms facing up-and-in. Keep your elbows at your sides, your core tight and your arms straight.
- 2
Curl the bar toward your chest by bending your elbows only. Squeeze your biceps at the top without letting your elbows move forward.
- 3
Lower slowly until your arms are straight. Breathe out as you curl and in as you lower.
Form tip: The angled grip is easier on your wrists, so keep your wrists straight and do not rock your body to lift the bar.
