Stand or sit tall with your core braced. Raise one arm overhead, bend the elbow and drop your hand down behind your head so your palm rests between your shoulder blades.

  2. 2

Use your other hand to gently press the raised elbow back and down until you feel a stretch along the back of your upper arm. Keep your head up and neck relaxed.

  3. 3

Hold for 20 to 30 seconds while breathing slowly, then switch arms. Do 2 rounds per side.
