How to do the knee tuck (suspension)

  1. 1

Place your feet in the suspension straps and get into a high plank, hands under shoulders, body in a straight line from head to heels.

  2. 2

Pull both knees toward your chest by bending at the hips and knees, letting your hips rise slightly, until your knees are under your torso.

  3. 3

Pause briefly, then slowly extend your legs back to plank. Breathe out as you tuck in and keep your core tight so your lower back does not sag.

Form tip: Keep your shoulders stacked over your hands and push the floor away. Do not let your hips drop as the legs extend.
