How to do the yoga (general session)
- 1
Lay out your mat in a quiet space and wear loose, comfortable clothes. Sit or stand tall and take 5 slow breaths to settle in.
- 2
Move through your chosen poses one at a time, holding standing poses for 5 breaths and seated or floor poses for 30 to 60 seconds. Go only as deep as feels comfortable, without forcing.
- 3
Breathe slowly through your nose and let each breath guide the pose.
Form tip: Never push into pain. A stretch should feel mild and steady, and you should ease off if you feel sharp pain, pinching or dizziness.
