How to do the leg swings
- 1
Stand tall next to a wall or a sturdy support and hold on with one hand. Lift one foot slightly off the floor and keep your standing knee soft.
- 2
Swing the free leg forward and back like a pendulum, going a little higher each time. Then turn to face the wall and swing the leg side to side across your body.
- 3
Keep the swings smooth and controlled for 10 to 15 reps per direction, then switch legs. Let momentum carry the leg, but do not force it.
Form tip: Do not lean back or twist your torso as you swing. Stay upright with your core braced and keep the swing within a comfortable range.
