How to do the bicep curl (suspension)
- 1
Hold the suspension handles with palms up and lean back with straight arms, feet planted and body in one straight line. Walk your feet forward to make it harder.
- 2
Keeping your elbows high and still at about shoulder height, bend your elbows to pull your hands toward your forehead. Squeeze your biceps at the top.
- 3
Lower with control until your arms are straight again, taking about 3 seconds. Breathe out as you pull up and keep your hips from sagging.
Form tip: Keep your body rigid like a plank; if your hips drop or your elbows sink, step your feet back to make it easier.
