Muscles worked
How to do the landmine rotation
- 1
Stand holding the end of a landmine barbell with both hands at chest height, feet shoulder-width apart and knees soft.
- 2
Rotate your torso and swing the bar in an arc from one hip to the other, pivoting your feet as you turn.
- 3
Control the bar at each end, then reverse the arc. Keep your arms mostly straight. Breathe out as you rotate.
Form tip: Keep your hips and core braced and use your whole torso, not just your shoulders and arms.
