How to do the leg curl (stability ball)
- 1
Lie on your back with your heels on top of a stability ball, arms flat by your sides, and lift your hips into a bridge.
- 2
Keeping your hips high, pull your heels toward your glutes so the ball rolls in, until your knees are bent and the ball sits under your feet.
- 3
Pause, then roll the ball slowly back out until your legs are straight, never letting your hips drop. Exhale as you curl, inhale as you extend.
Form tip: Keep your hips pressed up the entire set; if they sag, your hamstrings and glutes have stopped working.
