How to do the world's greatest stretch
- 1
Start in a high plank position, then step your right foot outside your right hand into a deep lunge. Keep your back leg straight and your hips low.
- 2
Place your left hand down and rotate your right arm up toward the ceiling, following it with your eyes. Then sit your hips back to straighten your front leg and stretch your hamstring.
- 3
Hold each position for 2 to 3 breaths, moving slowly. Return to plank, then repeat on the other side.
Form tip: Keep your back leg straight and your front foot planted. Go only as low as comfortable, and put your hand on a block if you cannot reach the floor.
