Main
How to do the tibialis raise
- 1
Stand with your back against a wall and your feet about 30 cm in front, hip-width apart, legs straight.
- 2
Pull your toes up toward your shins as high as you can, keeping your heels on the floor and your legs still.
- 3
Pause for a second at the top, then lower your toes slowly. Breathe out as you lift. These work the muscle on the front of your shin.
Form tip: Keep your heels planted and move only at the ankle; moving your feet further from the wall makes it harder.
