How to do the wall push up
- 1
Stand facing a wall about an arm's length away. Place your palms on the wall at chest height, a little wider than your shoulders, and keep your body in a straight line.
- 2
Bend your elbows to bring your chest toward the wall, keeping your elbows at about 45 degrees to your body. Then push back through your palms to straighten your arms.
- 3
Lower for 2 seconds, pause briefly and push back for 1 to 2 seconds.
Form tip: Keep your body straight from head to heels. Do not let your hips sag or stick out, and step further from the wall to make it harder.
